Taigh Sgiathanach is a delightful detached cottage set in the peaceful hamlet of Napres in the department of Indre et Loire.
The cottage consists of the original house and adjancent barn which have been lovingly restored and combined into a spacious 3 bedroom property.

Front outside
Throughout the property there is a wealth of original features which have been retained, including the exposed stonework, traditional roof beams in both the 1st floor bedrooms, exposed wooden beams in all the ground floor rooms and the original tiled floor from the upper story of the barn.

There is a secluded sun terrace to the front of the house, ideal for relaxing, dining, and barbecues, and also an enclosed courtyard for those who want to stay out of the full heat of the sun.

Within walking distance of the village, Yzeures sur Creuse, and local amenities, and only a 25 mins drive to the town of Chatellerault and the A10, Napres has easy access to a wealth of the historic towns and chateaux of the Loire region.
